Try any Aūra botanical risk free. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full product price. Opened packs are covered.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@tryauralabs.shop with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm your refund. In most cases you do not need to send the product back. If we do ask for a return, we will send instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.

What is not covered

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible. The guarantee applies to orders placed on tryauralabs.shop.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
