US orders of $100 or more ship free. International orders of $150 or more ship free. All rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
United States: Standard Shipping takes 5 to 8 business days and Expedited + Insured takes 2 to 4 business days after your order ships.
International: International Standard takes 7 to 14 business days and International Expedited + Insured takes 4 to 7 business days after your order ships. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

- US Standard Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $100, free on orders of $100 or more.
- US Expedited + Insured: $9.99.
- International Standard: $14.99 on orders under $150, free on orders of $150 or more.
- International Expedited + Insured: $29.99.

We ship within the United States and to 45 international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your package arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

We want you to feel good about trying Aūra. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you're covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. Opened packs are covered.
How it works
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on what didn't work.
- We'll confirm your refund by email within 2 business days. In most cases you do not need to send the product back. If we do ask for a return, we send a free prepaid return label.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days.
Good to know
- Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Orders that arrive damaged or incorrect are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, request a refund and place a new order.
